I have found this place disapointing.
They are not cheap. Nothing on the table like most restaurants in carvoeiro - had to ask. Got a plate of carbonara which would have fed a regiment but was basically a plate of soft sludge.
Has any one else had a bad experience here.?

I was there this week
Very dissapointing bruschetta, very bland
My husband had an excellent penne arrabiatta
I had a 6 out of ten lasagne
Wouldn't run back to it.....

I agree, nice restaurant but bland food and unimaginative menu.

I agree - nice restaurant. However cannot comment on food as after a long wait and being ignored by the waiters we decamped to Oasis, where service and food are always excellent

Yes it is I think it is very over rated, my Husband likes it but the 3 Girls and I not, the food is no better than any other Pizza place, had just as nice from Frasers take away....

Last time TW and I were in CVO we wondered about lunch in this restaurant. It was about 1 pm on a Thursday afternoon and there was no-one else in the place. We hesitated and were then told that the chef wasn't there and although we had almost sat down at a table that the restaurant was closed. The staff were rather rude about it.

It is OK - I have takeaway pizzas from there if I don't fancy going out at night (as I live opposite). I can order and they bring it over to the bar for me. I haven't eaten in the restaurant for a while though. however, I will say that in the summer it is very popular and always seems pretty full.
