Okay this is a juice bar on the outroad of Carvoeiro , and I am getting addicted.
I have put it here because they do lovely wraps , I havent tried the panninis yet.

For 5 euros you get a wrap and a juice , My son and I take them down to the beach and have a picnic.

They are very filling , you also get a card which they stamp and when you have filled the card you get a free drink.

Brilliant , tasty and a nice healthy alternatice ( mind you I still like Smilers chili chicken pitta ).

Gary and I passed by a few times n the way to our apartment, one to try when we are next out in Sept. Looks pretty good but at the time of passing there was quite a bit of dust off the road works, so didn't fancy sitting outside with all that going on. Will be frequenting on our next visit.

It will be all sorted by the time you get here ( God willing ) , if not do what we do and turn it into a picnic.
Nice friendly owner , I think he is going to do well , if he keeps the prices reasonable and doesnt scare the locals by upping the prices for the tourists.

Agree Mandy with regards service and pricing just have to get it 'right'. I hope he does well. Maybe meet up in Sept for a girlie lunch there, will be with my sister in-law then we can arrange that massage I have always promised myself whilst Gary and Bro-in-law go off and play golf, I;m sure we are allowed wine whilst being massaged?
