I have in the past seen good reviews for this restaurant and have always intended to give it a go. The problem is I can't find it!! I don't even know if its still in existence or if its still any good! Please can someone let me know how to get there from CVO centre.

Hi Oakland, I'll do my best on this. Coming out of Carvoeiro towards Lagoa and approaching the new traffic lights before Intermarche there is a small road to the left (this is also controlled by the lights to give you an idea how close to the lights it is). Turn left up there and carry on until you reach the roundabout at the very end. Enter the roundabout and take the second exit. The first exit takes you to Lagoa and the second one straight up to Sesmarias with no oter turns. Once the cars bang on the water tower, look to your right and Bon Bon "should be there". By the way, they don't take cards so stock up the wallet as it's not cheap.

Mike,

You are pretty accurate, but there is another (small) exit between the first and second you mention. Sort of backroad that will take you back to the 125, so better not exit on the second one, but rather the third one...

Oakland, just found a pretty good map which is Carvoeiro based but goes out as far as Sesmarias. PM me with an email address and I'll send it over.

Thanks to you all for the info. I know the area quite well and once I looked at the link to the restaurant website kindly given by Peter and saw their website map I knew exactly where to go. Next time we are over we'll give it a go.

After all these years visiting CVO - this was our first time at Bon Bon and we'll returning many times in the future. Lovely and spacious, impeccable service, well presented and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Just back from first stay in Carvoeiro. Tried Bon Bon. Excellent meal, a bit pricey but we would certainly go back. Easy to find - just past the big water tower.
