poco partido villa Martinho

Hello, My family and i are going to be staying at Casa Martinho Villa in Poco partido in September. Has anyone stayed there or know Poco Partido?
We have a hire car as been told we would need one for that area. Local shops/restaurants? Don't mind travelling either. Would love to find a high star seafood restaurant as my son and i both love sea food.
