Tony's CVO
Tony's CVO
Had coffee at Tony's next to the old Harry's Bar today - very reasonable - two coffees, water and large slice of lemon meringue
5 Euro. Menu also very reasonable - mainly remember a large beer was 2.50! Also have a roast of the day.

We had coffee there a couple of weeks back. Good value and a very amiable man.

Re: Tony's CVO
Is this the same Tony who used to work in A Gale and had the annoying habit of writing out your bill on the tablecloth?
Re: Tony's CVO
Sam, Yes it is. A Gale's was never as good after he left. We will try his new venture next time we are there.

Re: Tony's CVO
When over in April, had toasties and coffee for lunch. Enjoyable snack in clean, crisp surroundings. Selection of cakes was impressive!! Will sample them when back in CVO in a week's time.

Sure is.
Re: Tony's CVO
Highly recommend Tony's. Modern, clean environment and excellent quality. You must try an afternoon coffee and slice of one of their cakes. His wife makes her own version of a lemon meranque pie - wow!!
Re: Tony's CVO
Hi currently in Carvoeiro but only got my iPad. Could someone send me directions or where this is close to please? X
Re: Tony's CVO
Tony's is at the very end of the out road next to Harry's bar. As you leave the beach take the road "Rua do Barranco" (out Road) and it is furthest away from you. It is on the left hand side as you go out. I have been there for Breakfast and very nice, it is great if you are near it...
