Prospects?

Can anyone let me have an idea of what prospects are available within, either the food industry or marine industry in the Algarve, ideally within striking distance of Carvoiero. I have a great deal of experience in both of these fields and am looking to move to the Algarve in the near future. Many thanks in advance.
