Cafe on Ile de Rosario 'Sunflower' walk

Post by Alison »

We did the Ile de Rosario walk (I hope that's what it is called in the Sunflower walks book - I don't have the book here in England!) on the Sunday just before New Year - glorious sunny day and a great walk as always. We stopped for a drink at the Club Nautico cafe about half way round and I promised the owners that I would let people know that this is open again, under new management. They are only open at weekends at the moment 'til the season starts up again.

Hi Alison
We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when.....think there's a song about that.
Glad you liked the cafe....99% of the time it's shut and the last time we had a sandwich there, I wished it had been shut....never had such stale bread and tough ham in my life.....so anyway, glad it's under new management, as there's only one way it could go.....it OUGHT to be a goldmine, bearing in mind it's position.

Hope to se you on a walk again

Geoff
