We are walking the Rocha Delicada trail near Alvor, it is about 9k and is flat with only one small hill. Probably a .05 on Geoff's scale!!

Meet at 10:00 a.m.

Directions: From CVO & Messines, go west on the EN125 towards Lagos. After passing the Penina Golf Course on the left, you come to Figueira, where you pass under a footbridge. About 900 metres after the bridge on the left there is a turning to the station (look for the Estação sign turn here and follow the track to the station parking lot. (Note: it’s about 16k from Lagoa.)

Since there are no restaurants in the area our optional lunch after is at Barca Velha in Lagoa, opposite Fatacil.

Please advise if you are joining the walk and also if you want to have lunch.
