Walk 16 th April
Posted: Sat Apr 14, 2018 8:53 am
A walk led by Jim and Gill, not a Geoff walk but like a Geoff walk!
Meeting at 09.45 at Benagil at the big new car park to the east side of "town" - entrance beyond O'Litoral restaurant.
What you will see - goat herder tracks, wild flower meadows and fishermen trails.
What you will smell - springtime after an April shower.
What you will hear - goats, the seas and if we are really lucky, perhaps a barking dog!
The walk will be approx 2.5hours, 10 Kms and difficulty about 3. There is a bit of cliff top but we avoid the treacherous sections.
No arrangement has been made for lunch but this can be discussed when we meet.
Stout trainers/boots and water suggested.
No charge for walk - hopefully our guides will get everyone back to where we started!
As this is a last minute event, there is no need to advise on attendance - it's a turn up and go!
All walks are at your own risk.
