Walk is now closed as there are enough people.
This is a new walk through lovely countryside, nothing too steep with good views.
Degree of difficulty : 2 ( scale 1:5) Moderate
Start : 10.00 am
Directions : drive to Lagoa and turn left on N125 for 20km, going past the roundabout signed Autodrome, and turning right at the next turning, unfortunately no longer marked Arao. Drive up here for just under 2kms, and park opposite the O Caseiro restaurant.

Please note : The restaurant does not open till about noon, so there will not be coffee available at the start of the walk. If you wish to have some, walk on about 750m to Arao , where there is the cafe just over the bridge on a corner : we can meet you there at about 10.10.
Usual caveats - all walks are at your own risk, and we do not walk if it is pouring with rain.....I will endeavour to put any cancellation note on this site by 0830 on the day of the walk.
Dogs. Dogs are allowed as long as they are under control and are quiet.
There is no charge.
Lunch. About 10€ to include tip & contribution to the charity, but may be a euro or two more.
Please advise below if you are intending to come and whether you want lunch.. These walks were very popular last year and we had to limit numbers to about 20.
