WALK - MONDAY 11 OCTOBER 2021 - ODELOUCA - CLOSED

Linda will be leading this walk. The walk is only 8kms, all on good tracks with no water crossings and hopefully no brambles. We will head out into a new valley with lakes and deserted ruins.
Degree of Difficulty : It is a grade 3.5 due to the number of ups and downs. It is one of those walks where you feel there are more ups than downs. The usual rules apply, walk at your own risk, bring water and a pole if you use one, no charge.
Meeting Point: Restaurant Ourique. START TIME IS BACK TO 10:00 AM. I do not know if the cafe will be open for coffees before the start. The cafe will be open after the walk and they do a very good set menu for 9 euros.
Directions: Drive along the N125 to the the Portimao/Monchique exit and follow the N124 directions Monchique/Silves. At the roundabouts keep right and follow the signs for Silves. The restaurant is on the right side of the road on a sharp bend before Odelouca. Please park just before the restaurant.
Alternatively, drive to Silves, over the bridge, turn left and drive on the N124 for 10km, the restaurant will be on your left.
