Linda and Russell will be leading this walk. It is only 8kms but we hope to try and make it a bit longer on the day. The track is fairly undulating, nothing (too!) steep, with minimal loose scree. Lovely countryside, plenty of orange groves, nice views from the top. Just one short steep uphill to warm us up near the start.

Start Time: 10:00 am at Snack Bar Casinhas ( 37.194065 N, -8.402917 W)

Directions: From CVO, drive to Silves and go over bridge, turn right. At the roundabout, follow the N124 in direction of Messines. After about 400m, almost opposite the Galp petrol station on your left, turn right on to " Turismo Rural". Follow this for about 2.5 kms, when you will see the Cafe Casinhas on your right.

The cafe will not be open and we are not arranging a lunch after as most places will be closed due to the new restrictions.

Usual rules: all walks are at your own risk, bring a drink and wear suitable footwear.
