Rubbish collections

Looking at the state of the areas around the lixo bins on a Sunday morning, can the Junta request the Lagoa camara to ensure that their cost cutting does not mean they will continue not to clear the rubbish at weekends.
Roadsides littered with rubbish does nothing for the image of the area not only in respect of tourism but also in health and safety.

I couldn't agree more!Roadsides littered with rubbish things like these r hazardous to health. Let's make it the other way around and be more responsible and stop this rubbish attitude.

All weekend rubbish collections were cancelled 2 months ago, and there are no intentions of restarting them.
