What's it all about?

What is this topic all about? to me most of the information is in Portuguese, can someone give us a fully comprehensive explanation of, a) your aims, b) do you hope to make the topic a success c) who runs the organisation. The bin thing is a very imprtant matter of concern I agree, what input have you had in resolving the problem, do the camera listen to your voice? :)
