Hi

We (Two adults + 3 Children) are bookedn into the apartments for two weeks this summer. How far is it to the beaches and the town centre please?

If you are on the upper level it is about 5 minutes walk to the beach, less to the shops and restaurants, from the lower level it is about 2 minutes walk to the beach with shops and restaurants even closer!

How easy is it to get to Lisbon? Is it worth a day trip or overnight trip from Carvoeiro please

The apts. are excellent David but be preferred for the steep hill up and down and lots of steps-really good for toning those muscles

we stay there as often as we can. If you play tennis take racquets with you and you'll save money on hire chg.
Family have driven up to Lisbon-found a lovely pousada to stay in en route if you want to sight see on way though they found it a quick and easy journey. They also went to Seville-rained all day which might be why they said they'd never go back

If you hire a car go to Lagos as well-lovely town with a marina,good shops, plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and beaches and the West Coast is a favourite too epecially Arrifana or Harry Farmer as Mum calls it
