The best fish and chips are actualy cooked in a chipper in dublin in ireland called "leo burdocks" in fishamble street.they have won best chipper in europe for about the last million years running and they only open from about 4.30 to 7.00.

You think 'Leo' would consider branching out to....cvo ?
Actually..confess I do like my fish cooked Portuguese style...grilled and sprinkled with a little rock salt...and plenty green salad..yum
