Company formation

I think this question has been asked before ...so sorry in advance ....I cant finf any reference........

I want to start a small (One man) company here ....

...
can anybody recommend an accountant who can form an 'Off the shelf company quickly and cheaply ?
(English Speaking)

Any Idea of costs

I assume I can do this being non resident ?

You can do this yourself at the Centro de Formalidades near Loulé but you would be wise to have a Portuguese speaker with you. Even though the process is streamlined there, don't expect to set up a company very quickly like in the UK.

You will need to get a fiscal number first and now as a non resident you will need to find yourself a resident fiscal representative to obtain that.
