I suppose thats how the paedophiles(cant spell) attract young girls on the net, you can be just anyone. I dont even know why I assumed you were a man. But just shows how masked sarcasm can come back to bite you

Well this post on Silves Market has been interesting. I will certainly remember it and if it is a regular event it sounds an interesting day out.

Whowee !! Are we not getting way off the subject ?

I drove from CVO (to justify inclusion !!) to Silves having read about this on the forum -- the atmosphere was great with prices around half of U.K. prices, no aggro.,but 95% Portuguese.

Overall a great night out and thanks to guest for bringing it to our attention.

Pity about the rest of the subsequentchit chat on this topic.

Apologies for going off topic.

Is this event held at the same time each year?
If so I will make a note in my diary for next year to look out for it (no I am not being sarcastic)

I am genuinely interested in events and it will be nice to think "I know we will go to Market in Silves" or BLIP
