Tourist Train

If the train is such a nuisance to locals? I'm surprised no one has thought of letting the air down in it's tyres or even jacking it up on bricks after its been taken for a joyride which can happen in the area which I live in in UK.

Or does it have to be securely locked in a garage overnight to reduce the Insurance Premiums??? Has the train actually caused any accidents by the way? Usually when there are speeding taxi drivers around they happen so maybe its a good thing to slow Joe Taxi down

Does the train have bells on that you can ring - my kids would love that!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've yet to see this train - usually come over in Spring and September so will it be there then????? If it is then you can be sure you'll hear me shouting to my youngest NO YOU ARE NOT GOING ON THAT TRAIN!!!!

I'm still getting over years of bloody Thomas The Tank Engine and he is into football now which is definitely better so I dont really want to be pestered to go on the train.

Was going to suggest an alternative therapy but haven't read "Great Land of Opportunties" yet, so I am not sure how well my credentials for this type of work are holding up - I may be back

Hi - just got back last night from our fav town and am mega depressed at being home. But there is a grain of hope that we may be able to live there soon soeveryone keep their fingers and toes crossed for us!! The land train, or Rip-off train as my elder kids called it i(curtousey of comments from this forum!) definately only costs 3 euros pp round trip - the under 3's go free - ours insisted on calling it the Ripple train so that name has stuck now.So not quite as rip off as I had been led to believe!. Couldn't get to ring the bell though so maybe that's the rip off. We sat at the back which was kinda fun . Now I'm blubbing - just been lookingat our tiny non-existant images on the web cam (well i know we are in it LOl) night night
