Alferce walk Monday 11th December 2023 at 10am

Susan, John, Debbie and Rick will lead a circular walk in Alferce on Monday 11th December.

Distance: Approx 10km

Time: walk will leave from Cafe Real 13 in Alferce at 10am. Arrive earlier if you want a coffee

Directions: Drive to Monchique, at intermarche roundabout take exit towards Alferce village. This is about 7km. Park along the road after the turnoff up hill to village and go to cafe real 13.

Lunch: to be arranged in area hopefully in cafe imperio (the cafe near the clothes line on the way back from Monchique) which serves really good chicken piri piri.

Susan - in terms of directions you can turn right well before Monchique. It’s just beyond the cafe on the left where some of the walks start and is clearly signposted Alferce. It saves going all the way up to Monchique.
It’s just past the Cepsa garage on the road to Monchique.
