Anyone know what these currently are pse? In particular, can i give the car a quick wash with a bucket of water?

My understanding is that the restrictions have been reduced slightly but that cars can only be cleaned by taking them to a car wash where the water is recycled. I think the one by the Bombeiros in Lagoa is one such place. I have some info in the villa but I don't arrive until the 1st October. On a separate note, I plan to join CVO Ramblers walks when I’m there.

Yes, I saw the car wash, made me wonder...we are back in November, think the CVO Ramblers will be kept going in meantime.
