Cooking with NATA ?

Post by tbbr »

The boss has promised to make cakes for our portuguese friends on our next visit.
We have seen satchets of this fresh cream product as well as a UHT version.
Which is the better of the two for making cakes both cooked or cheese cakes ??

I use the UHT cartons of cream for both, never had a problem.
