Computer Parts and Warrenty?

Post by mrmarcus666 »

Does anyone know when buying computer parts in Portugal if they are covered by a 2 year warranty? For example if I brought some PC memory or a new hard drive? And what about if the parts are just not compatible in my computer but are not faulty as such?

I want to buy some new parts to speed up my computer, but am used to having a nice friendly local computer shop just down the road in England.

Anyone know of any good places to get computer bits from?

i would think it would depend on what you wanted , if you just want some more ram , ask them how much it is , then as how much it is fitted , usually here in the uk , the little pc shops fit it free as it only takes a couple of mins , i would think anywhere abroad you would still get 12 months guarantee, i dont know anywhere you get a 2 yrs warantee for pc parts
