Don’t know if this helps but…

I’ve had a sort of non-dealing with them. I saw their ad in The News (“… need advice on matters relating to wills and probate, we have a team of qualified…”) more than a year ago now, I phoned them and Fiona herself answered. I was told her colleague Dora would phone me back on Monday morning, which she did. Dora simply said she had a document she wanted to email to me; and after about a week I’d not received anything so I phoned back to be told that Dora had my number and email address. And that’s the last I heard from them, about a year ago. Very strange.

sincerely, digger

Whoa! There is no intrigue here. I know Fiona well and have worked with her a lot. As far as my experience goes she is fine.

Just thought this was best answered by a pm.
