ANYBODY ELSE TOTALLY PISSED OFF WITH COUNCIL EMPTYING BOTTLE BANKS IN THE VERY EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING IN CENTRAL CVO,WHY DO THEY NEED TOO?INFACT TO GO FURTHER WHY CANT PUBLICANS DISPOSE OF EMPTYS AT START OF BUSINESS NEXT DAY?ANYBODY FEEL SAME CONTACT VICTOR MELDREW............ITS JUST NOT CRICKET
