Need to find a good builder!

Would anyone be able to point us in the right direction we are looking for builder to do rennovation work on villa. Work is mostly cosmetic. :Thanks :wink:

She has a company in Carvoiero her name is Ana give her a call on 00351964211011 she speaks fluent english and i can srongly recommend her as she did my Villa in Porches.

There is a good builder in Carvoeiro named Bob Holah, trades under the name of Via Real. If you can't find his number, PM me and I'll look up his contact details for you.

We have used him for two projects over the last two years and were pleased with his work on both occasions.

whilst we are talking tradesmen, anyone know a good electrician that can sink an outside electirc pluck socket for our balcony ? Any leads welcome, ta!

That explains it :D As for a good builder Joao Baptiste at Sigarvela (think that is the correct spelling) is a very good builder. He has an office on the in road to Carvoeiro, think this is the old address although he has moved in the last year or so.

We second the rec on Sigarvela. He is doing our reno work now and we are very pleased.

He did some very good work for me and built a friend's villa several years ago which is superb!
