Yes we have one in the U.K. which is slightly more detailed, the one in Portugal doesn`t go
into much detail but is sufficient and it is kept with our U.K. will and a copy is held in
Portugal. My brother lives and works in Portugal and when we bought 20 years ago he
advised us that it would make things a lot easier when we fade away!!!
