the other day my accountant told me that it seems that every house purchase is now being checked up on .with the camara demanding additional cesar tax and capital gains (?)by saying they dis

agree with the value declared ..has anyone else heard this?

Listen not to the rumours. The man at the real ale society in Lagoa has no time for all this checking up stuff.

Ask your lawyer what to do/declare and take a hidden tape recorder into the meeting.
