I would be very keen to discuss the pool requirements for 6 villa owners and for my company to carry out a professional and reliable service.

Ref Pool Cleaning scheme - LATEST UPDATE - I have 3 people/companies who have contacted me to provide the pool cleaning (and garden maintenance if required)

I am seeing them all next week - for the 8 people who have contacted me so far I will be sending a PM asking for your location and pool size so I can be more specific with the prospective cleaners.

ANYONE INTERESTED - LET ME KNOW ASAP

For my meetings next thurs/fri with the 3 pool cleaners I need to know the following details from the people who have expressed interest - lasrblazer, carvoeiro1, John Burgess, Globe trootter, Jonc, Pato, steve, Shanagarry. Apologies I have tried to send you all separte PM's but I couldnt get it to work

1) yr location - general or exact address
2) pool size
3) type of sanitizer used - (Chlorine, Bromine, Oxygen, Carbon dioxide, Salt)

Advise If you are interested in garden maintenance as well

I have been in touch with the 3 "pool cleaners" - two will also offer garden and property maintenance, one will offer full villa management. The latter compay is most favoured asthey ahve offices near Algarve shopping centre and local operators in CVO

The price for pool ceaning is very favourable and I will contact all the previously interested parties by pm later to give details.

Well! good for them, that's the sign of an entrepreneurial company, nothing wrong in offering their services, it's a tough old world out there as you'd know if you've ever had your own business. They're answering a post not "cold calling" and that's slightly different.

Dear Forum Members,

My continued approach via the forum is to provide a high level of service to property owners who have a necessity for pool, garden and property management. I fully understand that as property owners and forum members you do not want companies to blatantly operate a cold-call approach to business and whilst I full respect that I am only trying to answer the needs from a selection of owners who had looked into the prospect of combining 10 or so villas and creating a mutually benefical management proposition to the villa owners and one property management company.
I am still trying to setup a beneficial proposal to villa owners as I am a keen businessman who is looking to slowly continue to grow our portfolio of managed properties. With this in mind I would like to hear from the original members who showed an interest with this regard: maccasa,lasrblazer, carvoeiro1, John Burgess, Globe trootter, Jonc, Pato, steve and Shanagarry. Please understand that if I was cold calling then I would specifically target the members detailed above.

I look forward to being of assistance to property owners.

We did establish a very good service for € 60 per pool, irrespective of the number - as I couldnt seem to get more than 4 people nterested!
