As Several people have ask for futher details I have composed the following

The Property is a detached one storey cottage which was lovingly restored in 2007. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, good sized lounge , good sized fitted kitchen/ dinner , small hall way, shower room and utility/ storage room.

It is connected to mains electricity, sewers and water . Electricity and water supply were totally redone with the restoration. The lounge has a large log burner which makes the house very cosy in the winter. The windows are double glazed aluminium with roll down shutters , with patio doors from the lounge with partial sea view. The roof was totally replaced with insulation .

The Outhouse is a lot bigger than it seems from the outside, it was once lived in and consists of lounge area, 2 double bedrooms , toilet , and kitchen ( I used these words loosely ) as you will see on viewing. Also the outside consists of 2 terraces with lovely sea views and 2 potential garden areas. We have had plans drawn up for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, extra living area extension , although these plans were never passed , it was purely on small technical details ( letter and explanation available ) but our Architect did a runner to Lisbon never to be seen again. Using your own imagination the property has loads of potential. If a balcony or roof terrace could be included the views would be amazing.

The area is called Crastos which was here before Senhora da Rocha and used to have it’s own castle. It now consists of mainly protected land which stretches out to Almendeira and beyond . As we are one of the last properties before this land, that is the view that is available. We are the last house on the tarmac road and as it isn’t a through road it makes it a very quiet place to live. Further down a dirt track we have a very secluded, little known beach, which we have yet to find on a map but is an easy 8 minute walk to and is one of the last natural coves in the Algarve, with rock pools , beach and is an excellent place to snorkel . 8 minutes in another direction brings you to the 2 tourist beaches of Senhora Da Rocha and the chapel, Also in this area you have several bars, restaurants and shops and the Intermache supermarket approx 15 minute walk away. Also the International school is only a 10 minute drive away.

Another way is to give my own explanation, It had gone right to the bottom of the pile of posts, someone emailed me asking if it was still for sale and then I bumped it up so others would know too.
