We are just about to complete on a 2 bed apartment in the centre of town and were wondering if any regulars could recommend a reputable rental agency ?

Morters, we've been using www.holiday-rentals.com for the last couple of years and this year have let from mid March to end October with only a two-week gap. It works well for us!

Going home in 2 days and have just found out we have to supply our own boiler and need some general DIY going before we go (and the place is able to be rented out!)
Can anyone give a pointer to a good general handyman who can be trusted to sort out last minute glitches before I go back to the land of speed cameras and poor weather !!

Perhaps this time next year I will be able to offer tips and advice to the new property owners instead of just asking for it ?
