jenny, the web site is www.zoomarine.com and on there you will find a phone number. i will warn you that it is quite pricey, included is a zoomarine towel and flip flops each ( wow!) they look after spectators well and also offer to sell a professional video and set of photos of the ' experience' . from what my family said there is a fairly boring ecology style talk first that may well be done in a range of languages, i hope this helps, let me know how it goes

*LOL* Julia
.....thanks for the info.........it could come in useful as my daughter, and in fact my friends daughter, have both got long hair and Im sure will want braids put in .........mine on the other hand being shortish and curly..........
I think I'll leave it to them!!!!
But I will definitely do a 'write up' of our experience with the dolphins for the board when we return.

Ps......our tickets arrived today
.............not that Im excited or anything......
.......except that we did not get a map of where our villa is (The Jacaranda....apparently somewhere near the Carvoeiro Clube) just some sketchy directions

hi, my name is Aaron,I'm Gerrys son and i went swimming with the dolphins last year.
It costs around €120 and that gets you into zoomarine includes free towel flip flops etc, and also allows you to have 1 guest with you. The swimming itself lasts roughly 30-40 minutes but before it you are given a talk on dolphins and on the dolphins you will be swimming with in particular.

Its definitely cheaper than when we went to Florida
. The prices they were charging at Seaworld there were almost double and we were told the time actually spent with the dolpins was minimal.....so we didnt book it. But its something the kids (and I
) have always wanted to do.......so its worth it.
There are some restrictions tho.....eg certain medcal conditions that could prevent you taking part in this activity.
