Cabanas de Tavira

Post by SJ & RE »

Summer hols arriving tomorrow, hurrah.

We are off to Cabanas de Tavira for 10 days and cannot wait.

Richard will play a few rounds of golf in this area and I shall eat, drink and make merry.
Yep he will join in too.
Have put my clothes, shoes, toiletries etc together, ready to be packed and the nasty weigh in before we go. Can always put more in his bag, anyway, hee hee !!

If any one out there would like to join us for an evening or drink or two or whatever please let us know. It would be great to catch up with all and sundry.

On our return I shall give a low down on places to eat etc just in case anyone fancies going that way.

That would be interesting BSJ. When we go out, we normally do a bit of exploring along the coast but we've never been towards Tavira. We'd like to go on the river trip which I think is somewhere towards Tavira and it would be nice to have some recommendations of good restaurants, cafes, etc.

Have a good trip and I'm very jealous as we've had to cancel our trip to Carvoeiro. We were leaving on 21st June... :(

Thanks for the info.
I remember it from last time and we ran out of time to visit it. I shall get Richard to download it and directions for one of our outings when not on the beach or on the darn golf course, snore snore. :D

Has this topic been censored? I'm sure there were more replies than this. I'm sure I replied to this. What's going on? :o

There were some unnecessary remarks and now there aren't. I can understand the Mods taking this action but perhaps a better ploy would be to remove the posts that start the conflict. Google is your friend and there's no real excuse for asking such questions without doing a bit of homework first. Unless of course, you are simply stirring the pot!
