We've just lost our Ping Doce at Guia as far as Continente in Guia is concerned we've found the butchers a bit hit & miss, actually more miss than hit, on the pre-packed section though we've found the vacuum packed porco preto to be excellent & their free range chickens are very good. I bought two halal chickens in there yesterday we're going to spit rotisserie them to day, not had them here before.

Why? What are you saying? That the meats dodgy or H's bbq-ing abilities are suspect? What's dangerous about halal chickens, are they rigged to explode or something?!
We didn't cook them in the end, children's flight delayed coming in so I bunged them in the freezer & we went to Teodosio's instead. Should I call the bomb squad?
