Can anyone please tell me what the best stations and frequencies are in and around Carvoeiro. I remember after about a week finding Kiss FM and Nostalgia but can't remember the frequencies. Roll on September!

Kiss is 101.20, Nostalgia is now called Radio Club Portugal or something and is on 107.5. Try 88.1 as well for muisc

Radio Commercial is one I like. Loads of frequency info at http://www.radiocomercial.iol.pt/emissa ... s_faro.asp when the web site works.
The downside is they only have a couple of dozen records, the upside is that they play Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, and Led Zeppelin (Stairway to heaven no less) sometimes.

That url may get split over two lines as its a bit long.

Are you sure Nostalgia is now on 107.5 FM......I loved that station but now it seems to have gone...and I get nothing on 107.5...is it my radio ???
