Quiz help sought

Trying to complete a numlet quiz. The one I am stuck on is: 10 CAD. The questions are a combination of numbers and letters. eg AS in TS9 would be A stitch in time saves nine.
Anyone help?

Uhm, the only thing I can think of which could be remotely connected is that there are 13 stripes on the American Flag but don't see how it really fits A 13 AF.

There has already been a question with that answer. The AF has 13 S. The american flag has 13 stripes. Glad to see it is not just me who can't get this one. Thanks. Dave.
