Most of the contenders are running businesses and it's advantageous for them to be helpful and happy, others are just doing a job, they should appear to be enjoying what they're doing, I feel we should nominate a local Portuguese employee, like for instance, a cleaner, someone who's honest, reliable, hard working and with a sunny disposition..........by the way, If you find one, could you let me have her name.

Sorry pato I just picked out the bit I thought was funny, you think the other bit is funny? No accounting for humour eh?

Probably cos I'm from the west country , drink scrumpy , carry a pitchfork and keep straw behind my ear and you're not. :)

Big Will gets my vote

Always a smile on his face - takes time to talk - great with the grand children - whether you go in or are just passing by - a genuine nice guy.

The lady in the post office is also a very nice person - given some of the stupid questions she's asked (sometimes by me) - she's never fazed - but number two to Big Will :D

Libbe is female. Libbre of Happys is definitely male with a lovely wife and family.

Indeed the honor goes to Libbre. Rene will present flowers and chocolate on behalf of the forum, when back from holiday. Maybe joeysoap will add a few words having nominated Libbre? And/or someone else?

In 28+ years coming to and living in Cvo - it's not a place I have ever been to - so regretfully have never met the person. Now that I know where it is (my wife had to explain it to me) - it is not the sort of place I would patronise.

Good luck to him on his award - I'm sure he will be delighted that 13 or so people like him :D
