Physiotherapy or Osteopath

I am having a problem with my shoulder has anybody got a recommendation for a Physiotherapist or Osteopath in the area. Thanks Duncan

There is one opposite the Swimming Pool in Lagoa next to the Cafe near the Charity Shop. I don't know if they do treatment Privately, but they do do referrals from your Doctor. They are very good.

Before you go anywhere, there's a product called 'TransAct' you can get at the chemist near to Sullys. It's a pack of five bandages in a foil pouch. you put them on the affected area, they're self adhesive and absolutely amazing, especially if you keep them in the fridge. I brought some home to the Uk and loads of people have used them and all agree they're incredible. Only a few euros. Terry&Lois
