Can anyone tell me the name of the Dutch lady that owns/owned or manages the Carvoeiro Bar next to Maxime's?

The names of the owners are Hans and Joke , the girl behind the bar is Elke.....

That's Joke pronounced YO KA and the Lovely Elke is German not Dutch.
