Does anyone know if the foot of Solferias just passed the 4 cream town houses is OK? Also does anyone know if Pickwick is OK in Caramajura. (sorry don't know the spelling
) hope all OK on the dorm. We arrive Fridayevening.

Licy, I'm prepared to be corrected but I reckon if you draw a line between Monte Carvoeiro and the big roundabout on the way out of Lagoa, then anything 500m either side of the line should be ok. According to eRichard, the tornado was only 50m or so wide. In wich case, 500m is a conservative estimate.

The latest report on Algarve News is that there were 11 injuries ( 2 serious ) and 8 families made homless.
This is different from the report on the Algarve Resident.

The water park on the N125 has a lot of the chutes on the ground....but it could be for maintainence, it didn't look particularly damaged....but we only saw from a car on sunday. That area seems Ok.
