Hiya :)

First day back off holidays on Monday so I've spent my first two days at work(?) trawling through all the posts in my absence. I cannot get back on track at work yet - big pile of correspondence needs sorting out and I JUST CAN'T BE BOTHERED

Good to see that you're still around, keep smiling

Yeah, I went to Lanzarote - have you ever been? Quite windy but ultra hot. Fantastic Hotel though, I tell you it makes you quite lazy all that lounging around.

Its so dull here in England (well, West Yorkshire to be precise) it really makes me feel fed up :(

But plenty of gossip on this forum though. Have you read the thread regarding opening a food emporium? I am very enthusiastic for everybody that this may involve but unfortunately I am not in a position to do anything physical about it myself. I'll just input whenever I can.

So, off I go again to play catch up at work - so far I've done about 10 minutes solid work this morning and considering I have been here since 7.45am thats not a lot

heheh well theres nothing wrong with a bit of holiday lazyness! mind you it has been 4 weeks since i`m back but i`m beginning to wonder if me having gone on a holiday isnt something i only dreamt :D

and nopes not been to lanzerote yet , heard some good things about it though! glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and got a good hotel!

know what you mean with the dullness although i think for myself its not so much the location but more the wake up go to work come home eat do something go to bed and the next day the same.

not read that thread yet but i`ll be sure to look it! sounds intresting :-)

rofl! thats some display of skill there DeeW! could you teach me that pretend to look busy trick as well? :D

No skill involved whatsoever Bleeker - when I hear somebody approaching my office I just minimise the internet, rustle a few papers, click the odd key on the keyboard, sigh as if overworked and complain that there isn't enough hours in the day hehehee

No seriously, I have to make sure that all my work is done obviously, but I have managed to condense that work to the minimum so that I can have fun on these forums

I'm glad Dee W doesn't work in my place - if that is the way she works (or not) she might find herself on a permanent holiday.
Shouldn't these two dialogues be as PMs? rather than subjecting us to bits and pieces of goss???!!!!

Guest - I tell you what, I don't think we are harming anyone here. Nothing to send pm's for.

If it bothers you so much don't read them - nobody is forcing you. Bye the way, why don't you register so that we know who you are? :? It seems to me that there are quite a lot of "guests" on this forum who stick their noses in to other peoples business with snide comments on topics that don't concern them!!

Also this conversation is very light hearted you know - I obviously carry out my work to a high standard or I wouldn't get paid the wage that I do - no complaints so far thank you very much!!

Hi Bleeker - got side tracked there for a minute, the thread is "loving the algarve".

Lesley, Thunderbolt and I think Digger are interested in setting up a business in the future. A lot of people have got involved and there is a positive vibe going on.

My thoughts also Bleeker, I could understand it if we were bad mouthing something or somebody but its only a bit of fun  Not harming anyone.
