Praia do Mohle

Hi, newbie here. I've a question that is about a place that is very slightly off your patch - I hope someone can help! We're frequent visitors to Ferragudo, and when we're there, our favourite hang-out in the day is the little beach at Mohle, just west of Pintadinho. I've seen the videos of the restaurant and beach there being battered by the storms in January. Does anyone local know whether the beach will still be usable, and whether the restaurant will be re-opening?

We were there a couple of weeks ago, there is still a beach of sorts but to get into the sea means finding a way through loads of rocks.
The cafe building is still there but whether it will open again who knows.

I hope that it does, that's our fav. little beach restaurant. Was hoping to have lunch there there next week too!

I was down there today (enjoying the sunshine!) and the beach is usable but the restaurant is not yet open. However, when we spoke to the owners, they said they would be re-opening and there were a couple of men there today painting etc. So fingers crossed, the restaurant will be open again soon, not too sure about next week though Gaynor x

I like tta beach as well - lots of parking. There is a sign which says "no dogs allowed" however I'm sure the owner has one and I have a photo of said hound sitting on the steps!!

Its one of our favourites too, but never knew what it was called, we always called it 'fisherman's beach' hope the bar is open soon.

Hi all, just wondering if any of you locals have been over to Molhe recently - did the restaurant re-open as planned? Have the rocks been cleared? We're there in a few weeks again, and the wife and kids are worried that we'll have to use a different beach..!
