Birthday Banners

Does anyone know if the newsagent/gift shop just up from the Central cafe on the Out Road sells birthday banners and balloons? Realise would'nt take up much room in hand luggage but always willing to support local CVO businesses other than bars and restaurants!!!!

You didn't intend to bring the balloons inflated did you? the's a printer on the Fatacil est where you may pick up banners and the like, it's worth a try It's called Graphica or something like that.
