Casa/villa mimosa Rampa do solferias

I need to locate the villa manager of owner of Casa Mimosa at the foot of Solferias. I know they rent the villa. I cannot find it on google thus far. They have people getting into the garden using their pool and this morning my husband found water coming out of the drive and down the road. Their water tap was gushing water.
