Ponto de Encontro

For those that always made a beeline for Casa Algarvia in
Carvoeiro have no doubt been disappointed to learn that it has
changed hands. However Paulo and his team have now
re-located to Ponto de Encontro which is situated on the
Arias dos Moinhos residential area just outside Carvoeiro.
The menu is exactly as it always has been with all the usual
favourites. The new restaurant is well furnished and comfortable
and both Paulo and Alfonso provide a warm welcome and excellent
service. We ate there several times and found the food to be as
good as ever and reasonably priced. The lunch menu at 9 Euros
for a full 3 course meal is just outstanding.

For those that are unfamiliar with the area simply go to the top
of restaurant hill and take the first turning on the left just
after the parade of shops that includes Vimar and A Rede restaurants.
Take the second turning on the right (there is a sign), then immediate
left and there you are. What's more there is no problem parking!

We had an excellent evening meal there earlier this week. It is good to see such a fine restaurant in ADM.
