Has anyone got a gps unit with Portuguese maps? A while back I read that the Portuguese maps were not as detailed as the UK ones for instance. Are they better now, I would like to see all the roads, not just the big ones.

"Maps on CVO site" topic a few days ago may point you in the right direction, at least with the people who know about such things.

No I meant digital maps for a hand held, not paper ones. ta anyway

I'm picking up my new car nxt week in Uk.....has the latest GPS software I'm told and covers all of Europe.......I will let you know whats in it.....but not sure if my disc could be downloaded to a hand held ????
