I am hoping to purchase a small property on a resort in CVO and the last piece in my research is to find a reliable property management company. I am hoping to rent out during the summer months and use it during the low months. I am getting conflicting info on management charges, from 80 euros per month to 150 euros per month for similar services. It would be great to know what other owners pay and I would appreciate any help in sourcing a reliable company to look after the property and guests. I am going back to CVO in three weeks and it would be great to have some agents to meet.
