Retiring to Portugal

My husband and I are hoping to retire to our apartment later this year.

Is there anyone out there who has retired to Carvoeiro? If so we would be interested in hearing from them regarding change of lifestyle etc.

Hi - can't help with any info I'm afraid - but would love to wish you luck and am green with envy as this is what we aim to do in 15 years time - keep us posted.

e-llen - I second jadzia's sentiments. We hope to do the same in about 5 years (or less with a bit of luck). Hope you get some useful advice - it would also be helpful to the rest of us aspiring retirees.
