Moving furniture

Hello, I expect you get asked this alot of times, but here goes anyway. We are trying to move some furniture from Somerset to Lombos, not very much a couple of single beds, flat packed, small table, box of linen/towels, box of tools, this kind of thing. Does anyone know of anyone coming to the Algarve with a van/small truck, with space, or can anyone suggest a fairly cheap way of doing this?
