CGT implications of development

Hi, we are considering a build project in the area and are trying to understand the CGT implications. We are purchasing an exisiting building, demolishing it and replacing it with 11 apartments, ground floor commercial & basement parking. We intend to sell on the entire project (interested parties note). Our total costs are in the region of 2.4 million euro & sales in the region of 4.2 million (gross).

We will consider any structure to minimise tax implications. Look forward to your considered responses.
